Former Dutch prime minister confirms U.S. A-bombs in the Netherlands

Former Dutch Prime Minister, Ruud Lubbers, accidentally stated in a National Geographic documentary “The Time Flies” that 22 U.S. atomic bombs are being stored at the Volkel Air Force Base. Lubbers continued by stating that the bombs are being stored in 11 bunkers that are also used to store F16- fighter jets. The bombs have been in the Netherlands since 1963, with the purpose of defeating the Russians during the Cold War.
